Osho NO DIMENSIONS Meditation

First stage: 30 minutes.


This is continuous dance in a set of six movements. With your eyes open, the movements always come from the center, or hara, using the music to keep the correct rhythm. For detailed instructions, it is simplest to watch the meditation facilitator.


Second stage: 15 minutes


Begin whirling counterclockwise, with eyes open, arms outstretched. The right palm is turned upwards, the left palm downwards. However, if this feels uncomfortable, then try whirling clockwise with the left hand turned up, right hand turned down. To end the whirling, slow down and allow your arms to fold over your chest.


Third stage: 15 minutes


Close your eyes. Lie down on your belly. Be still and watch.
